This past weekend we went to a local church’s annual weekend carnival. While I am not to fond of carnivals per se, which is probably due to the fact that they are so over priced, the classic carnival food is never as good as you remembered it to be, and lets face it, the really creepy ride and booth operators is something I can never get used to. But when you have kids it seems like going to the carnival is a must, so off we went.
Overall it wasnt too bad of a trip. $100 and only 1 1/2 hours later, we were ready to leave however. The girls got to go on some little dragon roller coaster which was so funny to watch them on, a haunted house ride, the merry-go-round, and a jumbo slide. Hunter loved the rides as well and screamed his head off when it was time to get off of this little car ride. He really thought he was driving that thing. It was way too cute. All of the kids also got to play some games which none of them won, but who cares, right? At 5 bucks a game, they only got one shot!
So, will we be back next year? Probably, but my joy comes from seeing the happy faces of my three kids!
