Having a great day on a consistent basis is important for overall well-being. The way I deal with stress is to get a good start to the day. I do that through meditation in combination with little bit of exercise and drinking a lot of water before my day get started. Those key Three components have helped me not only with stress, but with memory and just general productivity throughout my day.
